The Results
Today, I am thankful. Today, I am cautiously optimistic. Today, I am ready to tackle the world and keep on keeping on with Ryan's current protocols all the while the kiddos enjoy the summer break having extra opportunities of mommy and daddy time. During this unusually quiet afternoon I get to share updates of our journey.

The Whisper in the Rain
They say rain cleanses the earth. It refreshes the air and before it even hits the ground it can attract tens to hundreds of tiny aerosol particles to its surface. While it falls it literally clears the air of pollutants. One can say the same for tears . . . it cleanses the soul, removing the burden the heart is not meant to carry.
Hope
The eye has passed. The whiplash from the opposite winds thrust you as if you are mere weightless paper. The sting, the punch, the gasp of air you want to take in but can't. And yet, hope finds its way in.
