I love juicing. I love raw juices. I love eating greens: raw, steamed, cooked, you name it! . . . I also HATE juicing. I hate the labor intensive job that it can be in the middle of busy days. How else do I gain the numerous benefits from juicing?

An Open Heart ~ Let’s Clear the Air
Sometimes I wonder if I ever want to write again. Sometimes I ask myself why have I not already written those 15 blogs that are bursting out of me? . . . Never did I think that the blog would be visited 60,000 times this year. Never once did it cross my mind that the last few blogs I have written would each be read by people all over the world in over 65 countries and several thousand times.

Our bodies desire to heal. Our bodies are made to heal. It just needs help. It needs us to love ourselves. . . Love is all around us. We are loved. We are created to love not only others, but to love ourselves.

The Whisper in the Rain
They say rain cleanses the earth. It refreshes the air and before it even hits the ground it can attract tens to hundreds of tiny aerosol particles to its surface. While it falls it literally clears the air of pollutants. One can say the same for tears . . . it cleanses the soul, removing the burden the heart is not meant to carry.
