My Why

If a reader were to ask me, “Why do you blog? Why do you write? Why do you travel to Mexico? Why do you post on Facebook? Why do you continue on even though your husband didn’t overcome cancer 100% with an alternative approach? Why, why, why?” My answer is simple but complex.

  1. The body has an innate ability to heal, yet we live as if this were untrue.

  2. We are causing disease to ourselves thru toxicity, deficiencies and emotional un-ease, yet we live as if this were untrue.

A high majority of people have no idea what healing means nor how they can help their bodies heal or live in optimal health. A high majority of people have been led to believe that a pill will fix all their problems. That a pill, whether a prescription, over the counter or even a supplement, is their only answer, their only hope. We have been told that food doesn’t matter; that it is ok to continually expose ourselves to toxins – let it be thru our air, water, food, injections, what we touch and what we can’t touch. We have been led to believe that living with disease is normal. We have been led to believe that it is “part of life” and normal to have organ issues and all forms of diseases such as diabetes, eczema, thyroid issues, heart disease and so much more. We have been led to believe that there is ONLY ONE WAY to overcome cancer. We have been led to believe that cancer zaps us and we have no control. That we have no ability to heal our bodies, let alone kill a cancer cell. We have been led to believe that we are mere lost sheep with no ability to do anything about a situation. That only the white coats have the answers to all diseases and hopefully we will be lucky enough to land on the right side of the statistics. We have been led to believe that what we do, what we think, what we eat, everything, whether we are conscious or unconscious DOES NOT MATTER. That we are either lucky or unlucky. We are even led to believe that some higher deity has chosen certain people to face life altering, life changing diseases like cancer, like lyme’s disease and like Alzheimers to teach us a lesson. We are led to believe that some deity is choosing kids and young adults to get cancer for a greater plan and die prematurely because of some higher calling. AS A SOCIETY WE HAVE ACCEPTED THESE LIES AS TRUTHS. I had ACCEPTED THESE LIES AT A YOUNG AGE.

Until we take responsibility for where we are, we will continue to live as mere lost sheep.

That’s why I blog. That’s why I post. That’s why I write. That’s why in 2017 I will continue and this blog will expand to debunk all of the lies I used to believe. This is why I am here. To be an enlightening source that hopefully changes a person’s trajectory in life. I’m not here to tell anyone what to do, but to impart the wisdom and confidence to look in the mirror and be empowered.

I am here to stay. I am here to share with others that want to seek truth. I am here to share the stories of over comers from all walks of life and all forms of approaches to overcoming. I am here to be an enlightening source for those that want to take responsibility for their health and their life. I am here to share what I am learning, and hopefully others will choose to go on their own path to discovery. Hopefully, you the reader, will choose to face the reality that maybe everything we do does matter. That maybe, each person can make their own discoveries and lead a life to their liking: emotionally, physically, health and even spiritually.

We are not here by accident. Our lives do matter.
We are not broken. We were wonderfully made.
It is not too late.
We can change the trajectory of our life.
We can live free. We can love ourselves.
When we believe we can, we do.
And when we do, miracles happen.

Live Loved,
Live Free . . . because YOLO.
